Product Description:
Rotavirus/Adenovirus/Norovirus Ag Test (Latex Chromatography Assay) is intended for the direct and qualitative detection of group A rotavirus antigens, adenovirus antigens 40 and 41, and norovirus (GI and GII) antigens in human fecal specimens. The test is based on a double antibody sandwich immunoassay. The test cassette contains monoclonal antibodies against the RV/ADV/NoV antigens labeled with latex microspheres in the specimen zone and other monoclonal antibodies against the specific antigens in the test line. The control line contains goat-anti-mouse IgG polyclonal antibody. The presence of the specific antigens is indicated by a red-purple line at the test line (T), while the control line (C) confirms the test is valid.
